Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale Items: Please note that all final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated.  
  • Returns: Products that are not final sale can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Process: Once returned products are received at our warehouse, they will be inspected and restocked online within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification once your return has been processed and your refund issued to the original method of payment.
  • No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Lost or Damaged Packages
